Registration for Admission to Class Nursery
Instructions for Applicants:
1. Fill in the below registration form and submit online.
2. All applicants will be required to bring a print out of the filled form along with self-attested photocopies and the original documents when invited by the school for the document verification process.
3.An acknowledgement email and sms with registration number and online payment will be sent to the email id and mobile phone number mentioned under student details.

Please Note: In case of FIRST BORN criteria for TWIN CHILD, both the twins should be marked as first born to avail points.
Parent needs to confirm the registration number of both children (Twins) through an e-mail at admission@stthomasdwarka.com with Subject Title as “Twin Child Registration Number”.
DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED ON THE DAY OF VERIFICATION (GENERAL CATEGORY)
The shortlisted applicants will be called for the verification of documents and the date and time slot for verification of documents will be declared through a separate notification on the website.
Applicant needs to bring a copy of ONLINE REGISTRATION FORM along with ORIGINAL as well as an ATTESTED PHOTOCOPY(by gazetted officer or self attested ) of the supporting documents.

a) Ration Card/Smart Card issued in the name of parents (Mother/Father having the name of child).
b) Domicile certificate of child or of his/her parents.
c) Voter I-card (EPIC) of any of the parents.
d) Electricity bill/ MTNL telephone bill/Water bill/ Passport in the name of any of the parents.
e) Aadhar Card/UID Card issued in the name of parents
(For Parents living in Rental Accommodation) - Copy of rent agreement coupled with utility bill/bank passbook of the same address. |

Sibling: Identity card/Fee receipt of sibling studying in STS, Dwarka.
For First Born: Affidavit with regard to the first born child. |

SELECTION CRITERIA:
The selection of the applicant will be according to the points system as per the stated admission parameters mentioned above.
For all the applicants, points will be calculated and the first list will be prepared for 120 applicants (General Category), followed by the waiting list of 120 applicants.
APPLICANTS KINDLY NOTE:
All the latest information on admission timelines/ declaration of list will be displayed on the SCHOOL WEBSITE ONLY.
School is not liable to intimate each applicant individually.
